Tara gum
Natural additive, obtained of the seeds of Caesalpinia spinosa. Tara gum, also called Peruvian carob, is a white to yellowish powder which is soluble and comprised of polysaccharides, mainly galactomannans, of high molecular weight.
Approved as a food additive by the Food Chemicals Codex and functions mainly as a thickener and stabiliser.

Olivem 1000 is a self-emulsifying natural emulsifier, produced on the basis of olive. It has a stabilizing, emulsifying, hydrating and thickening function.
